Outdoor Photography

Cancellation: Cancellations are only permitted prior to 48 hours of your scheduled booking. A 50% refund will be issued to cancellations prior to 48 hours. You must cancel the booking through the acuity scheduling system only (confirmation email has a cancel button). Sending us a message via any platform (ie. Instagram, e-mail) is not an accepted means of cancellation. 

Rescheduling: You may reschedule for free prior to two weeks from your booking. A fee of $25 is required to reschedule past two weeks but prior to 48 hours of your booking. You may not reschedule within 48 hours of your booking. To reschedule, check our availability through our website booking system and pick a new time. Then, send us an email at allwhowanderflowerfarm@gmail.com with the requested date. We will send you an invoice for the fee (if needed) and reschedule upon payment.  If no alternative date is found prior to year-end, we will refund the purchaser at 50% the price paid for the booking. 

Weather: Your booking is rain or shine. We cannot control Mother Nature. If you need to cancel or reschedule, follow the guidelines above. In the event of severe dangerous weather (ie hail, lightning, thunder) we will issue a 90% refund [10% admin fees]. 

Please be aware that your booking time is strict. We are unable to grant extensions or refunds if you or your client/photographer are late.  

Bookings are for one photographer only. If you would like to add additional photographers, contact us. Mini-sessions are welcome. No more than eight people present at one time including the photographer. Exceptions by permission only. 

Parking: Please refer to parking instructions in the confirmation email. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred by failing to abide by local parking bylaws. 

Etiquette: Inappropriate or illegal behaviour, vandalism, violence or intolerant speech or conduct may result in eviction from the farm without a refund. Do not pick any flowers or fruit. Alcohol is only allowed with special permission. Pornographic photography or videography is strictly prohibited.

Flower and Landscape conditions: We do not offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control, including weather and pest damage.

Risks: While we make every effort to mitigate risks of harm to our clients, we are not responsible for personal injuries or damages to personal belongings/clothing while on our property. This includes exposure to sun, allergic reactions (pollen, bees, insects, etc), injuries due to uneven terrain, tripping or falling, and weather-related complications.  

General information: If you are booking on behalf of others (ie. clients, photographer, family, friends), you are responsible to communicate these terms and conditions to all guests entering the farm.

Barn Studio Photography

Rescheduling: Availability is limited so rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Please be aware that your booking time is strict. We are unable to grant extensions or refunds if you or members of your booking group are late.

Absolutely no open flames in the barn at any time.

Alcohol only by special permission.

No animals are permitted in the studio except by expressed permission.

No high heels or cleats are permitted.

Pornographic photography or videography is strictly prohibited.

A 50$ cleaning fee applies to all event bookings.

We have worked hard to make this space beautiful and intimate. Please be courteous and respectful to this space. Failure to do so could result in removal from the premises without a refund.

Pick Your Own

Professional photo shoots are not allowed during Pick-Your-Own sessions. Personal photos are permitted.

Pets are not permitted for Pick Your Own. If you have a service animal please contact us.
